Transferable Value is what a business is worth to a buyer without its previous owner. In other words it is determined by how well the business runs without that owner.
Transferable Value is what you could call 'goodwill' or 'intangible assets' and should not be confused with profit, which is what is used to calculate the financial value of a business.
